Spiderwerkz uses PODS as a currency. There are 2 different kinds of pods- RED pods and GOLD pods. Each pod denomination is equivalent to US$ 1. All project posts/upgrades will be denominated in Pods. Please see the table below for how the Red and Gold Pods can be used on the website.

GOLD Pods can be purchase in denomination of 10 pods.
Select from a range of subscription plans to suit your usage requirements. You can work on the site as either a client or employee as a free member, or enjoy additional benefits as a paid member by upgrading your plan.
Subscription will recur on a monthly basic, unless cancelled. In the case of insufficient funds, your plan will be downgraded to the Starter plan the following month.
You may change your subscription anytime from the subscription page. For downgrading of plans, the plan downgrade will be effected at the end of the billing cycle. For upgrades, the plan will be effected immediately and you will enjoy the features of the upgraded plan immediately. Unused RED PODS cannot be carried over when you downgrade your subscription plans.
It is FREE to sign up, post a project, and receive bids from employees. As a client you can also review all bids from employees, chat and award projects to bidding employees.
For employees, you can use Red or Gold Pods to bid for project. Fees are only chargeable on withdrawal of Gold pods in your account.

**Bonus RED pods can only be unlocked when you subscribe to a paid subscription. Bonus RED pods will be locked if you downgrade to Starter Plan.
You can cancel the projects from your dashboard at any time for up to 7 days provided it has not been awarded.
Spiderwerkz.com DO NOT charge for award and acceptance of a project.
Both clients and employees' interest are protected by Spiderwerkz.com under the checkpoint system.
Clients can create checkpoints for payments based on agreed upon delivery schedule with employees. Gold Pods will be used to fund the checkpoints. Pods will be held by Spiderwerkz.com and released only when client is happy with the delivered checkpoint and instruct for the release of checkpoint to employee.
Employees can request for agreed upon checkpoints against a schedule of project deliverables. Clients will create the checkpoints and employees will be notified by Spiderwerkz.com. This will ensure that the client has sufficient funds for the payment of the project.
Submitting entries to a contest is free. 5% of the contest prize will be debited as administrator fees when the prize is awarded to an employee.

Arbitration fees will be charged at minimum of US$10 or 5% of dispute amount, whichever is higher.

User Accounts that have not logged in for three months will incur a maintenance fee of up to 10 GOLD pods per month either the account is terminated or reactivated by log in.
Singapore residents are subject to GST of 7%. Other Government taxes may apply, depending on your region
