1. Can we send to any metro overnight? Yes you can do. Most Metros – metros delivery period is 24 hours

2. What would be the pickup charges for my courier? Zero…we offer free pick up

3. Will my shipment reach safely? All acceptable items booked through us will reach the destination in immaculate condition.

4. How do I book a reverse booking? You could log in your request through our All India CC no or go online and book it.

5. How am I to track the status of my courier shipment? Very simple log into our portal and type the Airway Bill No in the tracking slot, the rest is displayed on the screen

6. What are the documents required for booking huge consignments? Normally original documents like Delivery Challan, invoice and tax receipts. In case of any other requirements our CC will advise you.

7. Do you offer FTL? Yes if you inform well in advance.

8. Are our shipments weather safe in transit? All the shipments are picked up and delivered in closed vehicles. Hence they are safe.

9. In case the consignee is not available at the time of delivery then what happens? Our delivery executive calls up the Consignee and then go to deliver. If the consignee is not available, we will leave the intimation with our business card with the neighbor for them to get in touch. Or we shall call them the following day and effect delivery.

10. Do you take up COD shipments? Yes we do. We shall collect cash against delivery and send the cash back to the origin on the next working day through bank.

11. Till what time do you book shipments? We shall book consignments at the clients end till 8pm and accept bookings at our office or warehouse till 10 pm.
