If you choose to register via an SNS, or to later link your account with to your SpiderWerkz’ account with an SNS, we will use the Personal Data you have provided to the SNS (such as your name, email address, gender and other information you make publicly available via the SNS) to create your account. The privacy policy of the third party SNS is governed by its respective policies.

Generally, SpiderWerkz collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes:

creating a user profile, which consists of information about you, and may include Personal Information, photographs, examples of your work, tests taken, test scores, hourly pay rates, feedback/rating information and other information, including your username ("Profile"). The information in your Profile may be visible to all Users and the general public subject to the privacy choices you make within your Profile.

If you have provided your email address and/ or telephone number(s), it indicates your consent to receiving marketing or promotional information via your email address and/or telephone number(s), then from time to time, SpiderWerkz may contact you using such telephone number(s) (including via email, voice calls, text or other means) with information about our products and services (including promotions).
